Speakers, Programs, and Training Sessions: 
  All Meetings, unless otherwise scheduled, will be held at 7:00 PM,
 at the Plumbers' and Pipefitters' Hall on Bluebird Rd.

Thursday, January 10, 2008 -- The Meeting was held at the Plumbers' and Pipefitters' Hall.  The Meeting was then mostly devoted to setting up the Labor Council's work plans for 2007, and working out a final budget. 

  Thursday, February 14, 2008 -- The slim Budget as approved by CDALF was reported; proposals and discussions were held on local projects for promoting Labor, and anti-Union tactics used by Wal-Mart. 

  Thursday, March 13, 2008 -- Prairie Wells and Mike Keenan from CDALF gave a presentation on the AFL-CIO Health Care Reform initiative. Reports were made on the Labor- Religion Coalition, the Council finances, the WICS law, and that the CSEA local at Fort Ann School District had unanimously approved their contract.

  Thursday, April 10, 2008 -- Reports for CDALF were finished, the status of several Unions' contract negotions and what we might be able to do to help were discussed.  COPE plans for setting up 'Phone banks, and tables at Village events were started. 

  Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 7:00 PM. -- The Voter Registration drives were discussed, and possible changes CDALF wants in our Endorsements.  The Labor Picnic would have been on Saturday, June 7th

 --  Plans will be made for the summer, and for the Fall Elections. 

  Thursday, July 10, 2008 -- Agenda to be announced. 

  Thursday, August 14th, 2008 --     Agenda to be announced, and setting up our Candidates' Nights

  Thursday, September 11, 2008 --     Possible Candidates' Nights scheduled. 

  Thursday, October 9th, 2008 --
Possible Candidates' Night.  Election work will continue. 


  Thursday, November 13th, 2008 -- .
Agenda to be announced; likely 2009 Budget proposals. 

  Thursday, December 11th, 2007 --
   Elections and Annual Holiday Meeting to be held somewhere. The 2009 Budget will be finalized, and any other end-of-the-year business handled.
